  I found Henry and Scott to be completely professional and customer focused. They were very easy to schedule, their crew arrived on time and even though they needed to stay well past 7PM (a very long day) they stayed until the job was complete. The crew was neat, 'worked clean' and obviously took pains to to a very thorough job. There was even a somewhat odd part of the attic (where a hip roof extended from the 2nd floor) that they could have simply overlooked as 'not part of the job'... but not these guys! When I arrived back to inspect I saw they had taken the time (and significant effort) to ensure the entire surface of that hip roof was completely foamed.
  
  As we all know sometimes contracting jobs do not go as anticipated. Sometimes this is due to simple human error, sometimes this is due to unforeseen (and unforeseeable) circumstances. In my case it was the latter; there was a minor problem with the spray foam in certain parts of the attic. I worked closely with Henry and Scott and they far surpassed my expectations by the way in which they fixed the problem. I'm sure they could have done a "quick patch" job but instead they brought the full crew back to my house and spent several hours ensuring that every single part of the job was perfect.
  
  More than anything it was their response to my initial phone call about the problem that really impressed me. There was a virtually immediate scheduling of a follow-up visit. When Henry and Scott arrived they immediately took 100% responsibility to completely fix the issue - and they did.
  
  I would recommend Foam People for ANY insulation job. It was a genuine pleasure to work with them and I'm thrilled that I decided to go with them for my job.
