  I had a great experience from the first point of contact on the telephone with Mr. Lewis. When I came into the office he, again, was very professional and explained the entire rental process and showed me different units, after securing the building.
  
  The price was right, location good. I first looked at Public Storage, which is down the road. I didn't like the location because getting back on the highway is a little difficult dealing with the Rte 22 westbound traffic and traffic merging from Mountain Avenue.
  
  When I no longer needed the unit, I called spoke with Caesar on their cancellation policy. He, also was professional. Yesterday, I called and spoke with Jennifer about the cancellation policy again. She, professional also, stated I needed to come into the office to close the account. That took about 10 minutes to complete.
  
  My entire experience with Safeguard Self Storage and their staff was more than satisfactory.
  
  Thank you. I definitely would use them again if the need arise.
